Born in Japan, Meggie was educated both in Japan and US. After working as an Organization Development consultant for NIKE, Meggie has joined (then) the Ken Blanchard Companies and started delivering numerous Blanchard training programs as the first Japanese Master Trainer for Blanchard. Meggie also developed global communication training specifically designed to Japanese people. Meggie is a US citizen and lives in Washington State. She specializes in leadership and global communication training.

Dominique was raised in a small town in southern Washington State. She attended the University of Washington and has lived in Seattle for the last ten years. Dominique received her degree in dance and education. She just moved to Perth, Australia to continue school and to build Hammock Training’s reach in Australia.

Kaneko is a Japanese citizen, educated both in Japan and US. Kaneko has worked for both Japanese and global companies, as a bilingual secretary, translator, interpreter, resource assessor, and a trainer. Kaneko ‘s strong bi-lingual and bi-cultural background has contributed to developing leaders who are challenged to communicate in global situations. Kaneko now lives in Yokohama, Japan and teaches English and also delivers various training programs, including Blanchard training programs.
